CCTV Pipe Inspection
Specialised CCTV Pipe Inspection of Sewers and Stormwater Pipes in Brisbane
Your Licensed CCTV Inspectors
CCTV camera inspection is used to ascertain damage to sewer and stormwater pipes below ground without the trouble of invasive exploration. With CCTV drain cameras, there is no need to guess the problem.
Our specialised equipment can identify the cause of recurring blockages such as tree roots, concrete, debris, building material, or rubbish. Our report details the images alongside clear advice and solutions.
We can examine your sewers and drains to pinpoint the location of any blockage or to ensure that gutters are clear and in no danger of becoming blocked in the near future. Preventative action is far less costly and preferable to damage control. Our CCTV pipe inspection provides that for you.
We can provide a maintenance service, examining your drainage system every six months. This often saves our clients money by diagnosing a problem before it becomes a big issue.
Comprehensive Pre-Purchase Checks
Richmond Plumbing and Drainage have the necessary training and licenses to provide a detailed report for pre-purchase inspections. The report will state that your drains are clear and free from obstruction if you put your house on the market. This is highly valued by potential buyers.
Also, if you are in the market for a property, we can do a pre-purchase check to ensure vital drainage is clear before you go through with the transaction.
High-pressure Jet Drain Clearing
Richmond Plumbing and Drainage’s CCTV equipment will precisely show the location and depth of the damaged or blocked drain pipe, making it much easier to provide an accurate quote for the required repairs.
Our high-pressure jetting machine works hand-in-hand with our CCTV camera. We use the jetters to clear blocked sewer and stormwater drains up to 225mm in diameter. We also have an electric eel for those more stubborn blockages.
Our equipment penetrates any clogging using force and thoroughly cleans the internal drain walls whilst pushing soil, building material or any other sort of debris through the drain.
